When you purchase products from Falcon Direct, you get a choice of the best service programs available anywhere, from anyone, bar none!  Take your choice of a five year extended warranty or a direct flat rate repair program.  The choice is yours!

Five year extended warranty Program

You can extend the standard Falcon Direct one year warranty to five full years, excluding antennas, batteries, and damage caused by abuse for less than the cost of a single repair when you add the exclusive Falcon Direct Warranty Plus 5 year Service Program when you purchase your Falcon Direct product.  Prices include UPS return ground shipping.  You pay only for return to Falcon Direct.  Rates are as follows:

Flat Rate Repair Program

Falcon Direct has a common goal to provide our customers with the best service and repair program at the lowest possible price.  Therefore, we offer a Flat Rate Repair Program for our most popular models returned to us for service and repair. This program is designed to minimize factory turn-around time and repair charges. This directly benefits our  customers by limiting equipment downtime and decreasing your overall cost of owning our radio products.

Benefits of the Falcon Direct Flat Rate Repair Program

Radio Repair and Testing
All radios received for service and repair undergo complete diagnostic testing to factory specifications. Our experienced service technicians utilizing the latest electronic equipment perform repairs and testing.

Technology Updates
For maximum radio performance and operation all radios received for service and repair are programmed with software updates and the latest product improvements, as needed.

New Repair Parts
Whenever a product received for service and repair is diagnosed as having a defective or marginal board level component(s), the replacement part is a new component, not used or refurbished so your product operates like new.

Case Cleaning and Re-labeling
All radios received for service and repair are cleaned externally before being returned, including new labels whenever necessary.

Extensive Quality Control Procedures
All repaired Falcon Direct products are subject to the same stringent Quality Control procedures just like the new radio products coming off the manufacturing line. Every repaired radio must meet extensive factory QC specifications without compromise before it is returned to you.

90-day Limited Repair Warranty
When your product leaves our repair facility, you have the security in knowing that the service and repair is covered by a 90-day limited repair warranty.

Made...and repaired in the USA
Along with the confidence you can have with our products, you can be assured of receiving the highest level of post-sale customer service.  We include the cost of return via UPS ground shipping as part of the flat rate repair charge.  All you pay, other that the flat rate repair charge, is the shipping costs to Birmingham, AL.

On-Site Service

If you prefer to schedule an on-site visit as opposed to returning defective equipment for repair, we will be happy to arrange for on-site service at your convenience during normal business hours (M-F 8am to 5pm).  The cost for on-site service is $75 per hour charged from the time we leave our office till we return plus $75 per mile.

Payment terms

A check should be enclosed for payment of the applicable flat rate repair cost.  Otherwise, equipment will be returned with C.O.D. cost added to the applicable repair cost.  There are no provisions currently for billing or credit card payment.  This allows us to offer the lowest possible cost for service.

Our state-of-the-art facility in Birmingham, AL contains all manufacturing and repair materials, engineering staff, service technicians, and other related resources to the manufacturing and servicing of your Falcon Direct product. You can count on us to provide fast turn-around for all your wireless communications needs.
