About us.......

Falcon Direct is an outgrowth of a traditional wireless communications organization that has been doing business in Alabama for over a quarter century.  Falcon Direct was founded by Burch Falkner who has nearly a half decade of experience in wireless communications.

Falcon Direct is a privately held Alabama corporation operating from facilities in the suburban community of Center Point near Birmingham, Alabama.  Sales, administration, engineering, service, post sales support, shipping and warehousing are all provided from this single facility of approximately 4000 square feet.

Falcon Direct was founded on a simple premise of providing unique and affordable communications products and services offering only products made by American manufacturers.  For what's it's worth, we consider Canada to be American as well as the USA.  That is not the case with Mexico, China, or third world countries who are capitalizing on the greed of many American manufacturers who have moved their facilities outside the USA and have taken hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of American jobs with them.

The Companion products are assembled in Center Point.  Other products are provided by preferred channel partners in the USA.
