We are not your typical radio dealer!
Start with over 40 years of experience, and that's just our founder, Burch Falkner. Blend in some creativity that others can only attempt to copy and you have USA Radio1. Some people talk about foreign trade, outsourcing, and illegal immigration. We don't just talk the talk, we walk the walk. We absolutely refuse to sell anything other than American made products. In particular, we favor Ritron, Inc., the company that virtually invented job site radios and has over a quarter century of experience. We hire American workers, we don't outsource to third world nations, and we neither hire or do business with illegal immigrants.
We actually believe that the USA is the best place in the world to live and we want to keep it that way. We believe in giving those we serve out best efforts in identifying their needs and applying the proper technology solution to satisfy their requirements. We are specialists in our chosen field. We do what we do very well. We understand pre-sale and post-sale support, creative financing, good service and taking care of our customers like no one else. We do wireless communications. That's it, and it we offer our products and services that are generally priced lower than the imports, or in many cases, simply unavailable from any other source.
Are there people out there who can undersell us? Probably! There will always be those who don't understand that the foundation of maintaining a business capable of serving their customers is making a profit. Then there are the mega-seller catalog and Internet discounters who perform but one function, that of being the cheapest. Forget about customer service, product application knowledge, or even caring what your real needs are. As long as they can offer the maximum number of products at the lowest possible price, there will always be a place for these people and customers who choose to do business with them. We can't have, and don't expect, all the business. All we want is YOURS!
